Workout and Diet Planning
My name is Jonah, and I'm a 18 year old college student. I'm relativity in shape currently, but I'm looking to put on some muscle. I've got a shoulder issue that I'm doing physical therapy for, but it's complicated my workout plans since it makes it harder to do wide grip push-ups, flat bar bench, etc. I know how to do most lifts and exercises, but I don't have a daily/weekly plan of what I should be doing. Additionally, as my college doesn't have the best, or the healthiest food, I'm trying to create a solid diet plan.
