I am offering services to troubleshoot operational problems on Windows or Apple PC computers as well as most handheld devices running iOS and Android platforms. Most basic troubleshooting diagnostics and some solutions can be provided virtually although come instances will require a hands-on approach. Additionally, if a hardware repair is needed or an upgrade is desired on a computer I can offer those services as well.
