Knowledgeable Italian line cook. I can teach you how to prepare and cook dishes such as chicken parm, chicken marsala, chicken picatta, and my personal favorite, eggplant lasagna. Also knowledgeable with salad dressings such as a classic Caesar or desserts such as valrona and creme brulee. Simbi price is per recipe, trouble shooting included.
