I'm an IT/Audio Visual professional; I have a lot of experience with computers (PC and Mac) and home theater systems. I can remote in to computers from my location and fix almost any software-based computer problem. I can also diagnose issues if they are likely hardware-based. I can also configure and troubleshoot high-end audio-visual systems.
