I will provide a daily nutrition plan custom to your work, school, and workout schedule, complete with phone notification reminders sent to you at the most optimal times of the day. I will help you sort out when you should eat, as well as educate you about the best foods for those meals & snacks. We can provide sleep reminders as well!
Training & Qualifications
I am a two‐time US National Bronze Medalist in the sport of fencing. I trained 6 days a week for 49 weeks of the year to make it onto the US National Team and competed in 7 World Cups and 4 International Camps within 4.5 years of starting. Now I am a Division I Varsity Athlete helping athletes from over 12 different sports plan out their eating and sleeping schedules.
