I am a career coach/strategist as well as a parent/family coach. I believe that coaching is beneficial to everyone, but it can be very helpful in moving your business forward. If you feel stuck, unfulfilled, or in need of a change, coaching is for you. As your coach, we would work together over 5 sessions (via phone/Facetime). The coaching conversation is designed to create awareness and insight, so that you, the client, understand how to make changes in a way that facilitates growth. I am currently working towards my certification with the International Coaching Federation and am about to start the practicum part of my training at the Adler School of Professional Coaching. I have a B.A. in Psychology as well as a post-graduate certificate in Child Assessment and Counselling from the University of Toronto. I am available on Tuesdays and Fridays (9am - 5pm) as well as Monday and Thursday evenings.
