Your paper will be read through three times: once for basic grammar and syntax, another for argumentative flow and clarity, and, finally, another time for its "fit" when compared to the assignment expectations/rubric (this read through will answer questions like: what grade can I expect? what can I do to bump myself to the next letter grade?). Feedback and suggested improvements will be given on each read through and interpersonal contact (via the preferential medium of the customer) will be available for up to a day after the read throughs.
