I started Tough Breaks Tradesmen when the Real Estate market tanked in 2007. I took my construction background and extensive Real Estate inspections experience and started doing small home repairs, painting and light remodeling. I am still a Realtor first and foremost, after 22+ years it would be silly to stop now.

There isn't much that I cannot do on a house, except for HEAVY electrical/plumbing & appliances. Dishwashers, refrigerators, etc seem to be a whole different beast.

After a few years of doing this, the market picked up again, but I kept doing this as a means not only of supplementing income, but of servicing homes my investment clients own, and homes that clients will be listing.
