I have worked in software development for 40 years. In recent years, I have worked mainly for Motor Company as a consultant on global projects. Since leaving Ford full time in 2002 (due to the financi...al crisis within the Motor industry), I have worked part time when Ford have had little choice but to consult me on my in depth knowledge of their global systems. I have also in recent years developed my skills in the area of automating repetitive processes and put them to use within Ford and also Land Rover. It is in the area of automation where I can be useful in the future to other companies. I came out of retirement to help Jaguar Land Rover replace Ford Systems with their new iPLM project.show more
