I can help beginning signers through practice or advice. I prefer Texas area as sign IS regional and I am not good at California or NY slang. I am very knowledgeable of deaf cultural history and can teach a lot of that.
Training & Qualifications
I am legally little d deaf because I grew up oral and speak clearly. If I choose I could go to big D but I prefer to walk the balance between the fence and keep friends and family in both worlds. I can hear a little on the phone in my left ear only and without my hearing aid am out of luck. Obviously I prefer text.
