Over five years of being a Certified Personal Trainer, I specializes in Continuing Care from Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Corrective Exercise, Functional Strength Training and the Nutritional Sciences. I teaches/coaches 30 or 60 minute one-on-one and semi-private (up to 4 people) personal training sessions, develops individualized home exercise programs, and creates meal plans. This method provides you with a structured, progressive (and/or regressive) program developed specifically for your bio-individuality.
