I will look at your PC computer and analyze and determine the issues that are slowing it down, and provide strategies for how to resolve the issue. I will also suggest safeguards to put in place to ensure the issue doesn't repeat itself. For an additional hour/repeat service, I will do the work to resolve the issue for you if possible. I cannot guarantee a resolution for all issues, but I will do my best to identify and correct them if possible.

Technology has always been part of my life; my mother was a software developer and I was writing DOS commands when I was 2. As an adult, I have worked in the IT field for over 6 years in various capacities and have experience supporting all types of users and issues.
