I will give detailed and simplified from scratch recipes and step by step instructions. Request any dish you've always wanted to make at home. I can also make suggestions based on your personal tastes or even just what you have in your pantry.
Training & Qualifications
I am a sous chef and have cooked professionally for 12years. I have never attended culinary school but I have extensive knowledge and experience. I have worked at several different types of establishments from diners to fine dining.
