Training & Qualifications
I am a Baptiste inspired RYT- 200 also certified in Yoga for Warriors which focuses on methodologies geared towards clients with mental and/or physical disabilities and adaptive mobility. Ideal for veterans, law enforcement, first responder, etc. Yoga is for everyone!
