My goal is to help women in or just out of unhealthy relationships reclaim their lives and confidence. I became a life coach after struggling to recover from a mentally abusive relationship that left me empty. I essentially had to rebuild my life and confidence from scratch. It was a daunting battle and I want to help other women get through it more quickly and easily than I did on my own. I learned so much from it and can now share that experience with you. I am offering two 30 minute sessions. These can be done via phone call or Skype. During the first call, we will talk about your specific situation and identify your goals. The second will be more in-depth, with tools you can use to hemp you attain those goals and lead a much happier life!
