Healthful Meal Plan
Create one meal plan for two days of eating. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner and a shopping list. Two days is nice, because you can use dinner the first night for lunch the next day. Saves energy and time. Let me know what your favorite foods are.
Training & Qualifications
Learned cooking skills from Grandma followed by 4-H, a college chancellor with a culinary degree, and finally overly detailed cookbooks. I focus on combining good taste and health.
