I own Lake Tahoe Yoga in beautiful Lake Tahoe, NV. I specialize in creating unique practices that honor your requests and include some extra TLC. I can instruct at our location, on the beach, paddle board, or on-location as well as via web conference. Typical classes are for groups of up to 10. Private sessions can be specially designed to focus on either physical or emotional needs.

Training & Qualifications

I am registered via the Yoga Alliance as a 500E-RYT, hold a master's degree in counseling and have been instructing since 2005. Lake Tahoe Yoga has been in business since 2008. I have guided practices for Nike, Google, Adidas, and more.

Monday: 1pm-3pm PST
Friday: 10am-12pm PST

About Tahoe Jenay

Jenay is the owner/director at Lake Tahoe Yoga Studio, School and Retreats. Jenay has been teaching yoga since 2005 and working with children all of her life. She enjoys the outdoors and takes advan...tage of everything that Tahoe has to offer. Jenay encourages children and adults alike to have fun and enjoy the world around them. Lake Tahoe Yoga has earned the Tahoe Chamber Blue Ribbon Awared for Experience and has been recognized as Tahoe's Best over multiple years. Jenay developed Paddle Yoga in Tahoe South and enjoys connecting with other small businesses in and around the basin in order to support what they do and to create a feeling of community. Jenay runs a "tight ship." All of the instructors at LTY must be at least 200hr registered yoga teachers (RYT). Classes begin on time and each practice involves breath, philosophy and movement. You can join scheduled practices in the studio, on the beach, on paddle board or request your own private session for yourself or your group. You may also book private therapeutic sessions that focus on your own emotional/energetic needs.
