I will help you get started with coupon shopping to help your budget. I can provide direction to various coupon sites and matchups, which you can use to create a shopping list. I am most familiar with southwest Pennsylvania stores and newspapers but can help other regions, too.
This offering is a basic overview intended to get you started with one store in your area, along with pointers for a few others.
