Customers are the lifeblood of any organization and I aim to connect any customer to any organization by using a few methods that focus on that "why" people do what they do. The primary goal for my company is to help organizations train their employees to enhance their interpersonal/intrapersonal skills on whole another level. I believe a balance of these skills with the control of the environment will enhance the ability of any customer service rep. These skills extend into other general sales positions that are needed by everyone but often shown to be lacking.
Anyone can learn a system and be a manager, however, it takes a certain individual to brand the title of "Leader." Leadership is severely lacking in today's workforce and teaching someone how to be a individual leader is something I learned being a Sergeant in the U.S Army. I take a "Real World" approach to my methods and have a tremendous impact on young and upcoming Millennials in the current workforce.

Hitch Call Agent - Uhaul - Handled customer contracts by providing them with up to date hitch availability from vendors across the Nation. Maintained a fast paced call and chat environment within the only location in the Nation.
