I am a Brazilian jiu jitsu brown belt (4 stripe)and a certified Thai boxing instructor, and a full instructor in Jeet kune do. I have been teaching children and adults for the last 7 years. I just received my masters in education specializing in excercise sport and science. My aim is to help people meet their fitness goals through martial arts'
