Assist in troubleshooting computer issues. I can teamview with you if needed, but prefer to keep it to just chat/mail when possible. I have been working in the industry for almost 20 years full time.
I will not assist in cracking passwords or security. I have no way of knowing if what you are asking to hack into is legitimately yours, so I just wont do it. Sorry. But if there is something you are struggling with tech wise, I will be glad to try to assist.

I am an IT Director and Systems Engineer, with 20 years of network technology experience, primarily with Microsoft products and some Cisco.
