I will give a one hour introduction to acroyoga for 1 or 2 people, this will be the basics to start acroyoga, the basic poses and a couple transitions from one pose to another.
Training & Qualifications
I am an acroyoga/partner acrobat practitioner with 3 yrs experience and training.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free on Wednesday, Thursday, friday, saturday.
