I will analyze your standing posture via email.
I will tell you what may be happening with your body---muscles, bones, and joints---and recommend what areas you might want to improve and why, noting the long-term effects if unchecked. I will suggest the muscles that need strengthening and stretching, and which joint areas need more stability. I will give you tips on improving your posture, from quick fixes to more long-term considerations.

How it works...
You will email me 2 full-length, front standing, and side-view standing profile posture pictures.
You must wear form-fitting clothing and ideally be in barefoot or flat shoes. Please stand as you do normally.
I will email you a breakdown of your posture---including the things I mentioned above---within 72-hours.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Professional, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Dance Teacher. I hold numerous health, nutrition, and exercise certifications.
