I have catered a few small events and have worked in food service for just under a year. As someone who suffers from her fair share of allergies I am comfortable cooking vegan and gluten free. If you have a private event or just need a couple meals for the week I am always looking for more excuses to cook!
My favorite cuisines to cook right now are: Peruvian, Indian, and Korean.
