Let me know if you have a household job big or small. It can be an emergency or not.
These jobs included so many things, but here's just a few...
laying floors, building walls,
installing vanities, sink, toilets, and appliances,
fixing leaks and clogs,
building playgrounds,
installing locks, child gates, childproof locks,
installing/fixing lighting
mounting shelves
and painting.
Training & Qualifications
I worked for several years in residential construction, several more years working maintenance for a child day care chain (over 20 locations), and a few years as a painting contractor.
I also have a Bachelors' Degree and Master's Degree in engineering.
Availability & Preferences
Nights, evenings and mornings.
Some weekends and some weekdays.
For late night jobs, I may ask for a higher pay rate.
