We'll spend 45 minutes together as I support you in whatever is on your heart. I do not believe that anyone needs to be saved. I do not believe there's anything "wrong" with you or that you need me to tell you what to do. What I do support you in is remembering. I asked incredibly good questions that will always lead you back to truth.
Sessions will be conducted either via phone or video; whichever is comfortable for you.
Training & Qualifications
I am well-versed in various healing modalities and have a wealth of knowledge as it pertains to the mind, body, and emotions. Creating a safe space for anyone who shares with me is incredibly important to me and I do not take it lightly.
I have 12 years of experience working with women who've experienced sexual trauma. I am a certified Life Coach and currently in the process of receiving Reiki Training. I've completed Reiki Level 1 and will soon be moving forward to Reiki Level II.
I am also the founder of TheHealSpace.co where I facilitate in-person healing circles, meditation and wellness retreats.
I am a creative soul to my core and own multiple businesses so whether you're a business owner strugging with tapping into your creative energy, a corporate woman/man looking to climb the ladder and ask for what you're worth or looking to find you voice, live in your truth and address anything in your life that may be hindering your progression, I can help.
I'd love to be a witness and support you as you shift, heal, and remember the truth of who you are.
