bicycle tune-up
50
Whether you ride your bike regularly plan on giving your bike a tune-up at least once a year. This would also be an ideal service for a bike that has not been ridden in a while.
Many riders may not be aware that servicing your bike regularly can actually save money in the long run. An example of this is if you change your chain before is it too worn, you can often prevent wear to the cogs and chainrings and thereby avoiding having to change them too. The same goes for lubricating the chain and bearing systems. Get a free bike assessment to find out if you need a tune-up.
My bike tune up includes the following:
clean bike, pump tires, true wheels, tighten bolts, lube chain, seatpost, quill stem, adjust hubs, bottom bracket, headset, derailleurs, brakes.
***replacement parts are extra***
