I will help you through your transition into veganism. Living as a vegan in a non vegan world is not always easy. My personalized support will help you navigate through the tough moments that many new vegans go through.
I can provide you with:
-recipe ideas, meal planning, grocery shopping
- coping with friend/family resistance to your choice,
-navigating social situations,
-maintaining initial motivations that sparked decision to go vegan,
-how to compassionately respond to questions that are frequently asked by non vegans to vegans
Contrary to popular perception, vegans don't eat just salads and tofu. I used to think going vegan means I have to give up all this tasty, satisfying food. That's just not true! There are plant-based versions of just about everything you could think of. Let me show you how easy it is. I thought going vegan would mean my food will be bland, boring, and textureless, but I have found the opposite to be true. I have had the best meals of my life as a vegan. You can too!!

Training & Qualifications
I was lacto-ovo vegetarian for 3 years before going fully plant-based (vegan) a year ago. I have educated myself on the subject by reading articles and books, watching documentaries, and I attended a conference on compassionate living by Joyful Vegan, Colleen Patrick-Goudreu.
Availability & Preferences
Tuesdays and Thursdays before 5pm, flexible other times.
