Personal Self Defense Training

I will train you to defend yourself in real world scenarios. This is an aggressive style which focuses on incapacitation.
We will use a mixture of styles:
- Japanese Jiu Jitsu
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
- Israeli Krav Maga
- Muay Thai.
We'll focus on real world scenarios such as:
- single attacker
- multiple attackers
- gun disarms
- knife disarms
You must be healthy enough to engage in this activity but strength is not a requirement.
