If you have an attorney, I'll probably need to defer to them. I can though, offer information as to what the work comp system offers, as well as give insights as to issues you may be having. If I work at the company that handles your claim, I will have to decline to give assistance. I will be able to give you other resources to help, even if I can't give you claim specific advice.
