I have been baking for 15 + years & I would like to pass my knowledge on to you.
Nothing is as delicious & rewarding as a fresh baked loaf of bread.
Not to mention the amount of money you save making bread at home. For the price of 2 loaves of bread from the store, you can make 10 loaves at home.
In this lesson we will make a simple bread dough that can be used for several different applications including loaves for sliced bread as well as rolls for hamburgers or soup.
Training & Qualifications
I have been professionally baking for 15+ years.
I have worked my way up from basic bread and pastry production to managing several local bakeries.
Availability & Preferences
Evenings on most days after 4pm & weekends I'm usually avaliable.
