About Jay C

I am a Canadian living in Singapore who presently works in the non-profit industry as a Business Manager supporting strategy, human resources, and communications. I have previously worked in higher ed...ucation and government. My special skill is being thrown into a project, finding out the priorities, engaging all the stakeholders, and working with everyone to come up with concrete solutions. My career highlights include being an in-house career coach assisting staff with work and personal concerns in the UK and developing healthy physical activities for predominantly new immigrants at their local schools in Canada. I have a strong interest in health and fitness and have been exploring yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I starting teaching both over 10 years ago and I've had the opportunity to work with all age groups in multiple settings.
