I will create a customised 30 min mindfulness session for you or your group. The session will be conducted in English and be held virtually via zoom. It will include a short introduction, meditation, and opportunity for sharing at the end.

I will require a topic of interest and information about your group to prepare accordingly.

Training & Qualifications


I have over two decades of meditation experience with over ten years of leading meditations in different settings (non-profits to public event to corporate meetings) and for different age groups (from 5-85).

Availability & Preferences


I'm usually free weekday evenings and weekend mornings or late evenings.

My career highlights include being an in-house career coach assisting staff with work and personal concerns in the UK and developing healthy physical activities for predominantly new immigrants at their local schools in Canada. I have a strong interest in health and fitness and have been exploring yoga and meditation for over 20 years. I starting teaching both over 10 years ago and I've had the opportunity to work with all age groups in multiple settings.
