30 min mindfulness meditation
I will create a customised 30 min mindfulness session for you or your group. The session will be conducted in English and be held virtually via zoom. It will include a short introduction, meditation, and opportunity for sharing at the end.
I will require a topic of interest and information about your group to prepare accordingly.
Training & Qualifications
I have over two decades of meditation experience with over ten years of leading meditations in different settings (non-profits to public event to corporate meetings) and for different age groups (from 5-85).
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free weekday evenings and weekend mornings or late evenings.
