I'm a seasoned store manager, leader and strategist. I'm an expert in business communication, team leadership, operational management, and troubleshooting and technical support. I have worn many ha...ts: from Marine Digital cover, to team leader, inventory control, sales manager. First the military then: I started out in college aimed towards law enforcement, and made many life long contacts, I started my own business, and we were recognized by a larger (but still family owned self started business)- Lenius Technologies, I sold my company to them and stayed on and was promoted quickly over managing an additional store. Since then, I just have been working on getting ready for more computer certifications. I speak fluent : nerd, geek, technical, non technical, experienced client, i have great relationship skills with clients, because I can explain things in a non technical way to clients. I like talking technology, especially with small business- working on windows server environments, VMware, Linux, designing large and small networks, providing security solutions, cabling and more. Just ask I have lots of initiative, and patience, that is a deadly combination in a Marines hands in small business. I have Over 10 Certifications held in the Information technology field, And I hold a few in the automotive industry. I have a Comptia A+ certification, some Dlink Certified Specialist certifications and more. I have owned two small businesses (both IT) and they have been successful. show more
