I work with people on an individual basis to either get in a good fitness program to lose weight, gain muscle ect. I also train fighters or people in need of self defense using my 8+ years of jiujitsu, Muay Thai, and mixed martial arts. I'm friendly and patient, I will push you, but I am very aware of ones abilities so I won't burn you out. I make sure all clients are prepared in shape and having fun! Build up self confidence, enjoy a good workout and learn skills that might save you in a dark alley!
