30 Min Fitness Kickboxing Class

This class is designed in 5 five minute rounds with 1 minute breaks in between. each round wil incorperate a variety a kickboxing movements and exercises. If you'd like to get into shape but have limited time this class is perfect for you. In just 30 minutes you can get a great cardio exercise for your whole body. As a bonus you can bring a friend for free!
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Instructor in the UFAF Chuck Norris System(Karate) and 3rd degree black belt. A certified instructor in BJJ and a purple belt under Professor Jay Pages of 98 BJJ Association. I began training 11 years ago and have never looked back. The thing I enjoy most is helping people learn to defend themselves, become more confident and reach their goals. Fitness Kickboxing has always been a fun way for me to workout and practice at the same time. You get hit or hit anyone and most importantly you can work at your own pace!
Availability & Preferences
I'm available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm.
Mondays and Wednesdays 2-4pm
I'm also available monday through saturday mornings.
