I can get you set up with an offline HTML project or a small personal site with CSS and even JavaScript included! Can not handle business websites unless you just need some edits to existing code and it doesn't require extensive back end knowledge.

Training & Qualifications

Self taught in HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript. I have no experience in PHP or other server side codes, nor have I worked with software like Wordpress or Django. I would be happy to learn some software to set up a small website though!

Availability & Preferences

Evenings and weekends.

I think bartering could be much more widespread than it is and make life a lot simpler. Civilization requires currency, but no one really likes taxes so why don't we minimize small transactions and generously offer a more productive barter?
