Depending on the issue you are having, I can either jump straight to the point and fix your problem or I can walk you through the steps taken to fix it so you can do it yourself next time.

I have been working in the IT field for the past four years; first, as a consultant for a small business, and now as an enterprise service desk technician.
Availability & Preferences
