I can teach you to bake like a pro and have fun while doing it!! I am good at figuring out any recipe and following the directions to a T. I love adding my own flare to dishes to make them more scrumptious and I can teach you to do this as well. To follow your sense of taste and smell and be able to just know what would be good to add and how much. I always start by following the recipe and then a long the way I taste things and adjust. I can bake anything as long as there are instructions. I love to try new recipes and just have fun with it! I can teach you the terminology that is somehow confusing and what are the best ways to mix ingredients for beautiful baked goods. I can teach you to bake cookies, galettes, pies, cupcakes, muffins, etc. and the best part about baking is getting to eat what you make!!!!!!!!
