FESTIVAL FOODS: I was a bagger and cart runner. I properly bagged guests' groceries and ensured the cart lobby was stocked with shopping carts for guests. I also learned the Greet-Help-Thank and 10-Tiling methods of customer service and served as a source to guests for questions and concerns.
WALMART: I was a cashier. I provided customers with a fast, friendly, and overall pleasant checkout experience. My average scans were 900-1200 scans per hour, and I passed all tests. I also made sure to clean my register and conveyor belt, and made sure all items in my lane were stocked properly and there were no stray items/garbage/hazards.
-FARMERS MARKET EXPERIENCE-
EARTHSTOCK: I am an event coordinator for Earthstock, primarily focusing on the Farmers Market. West High's Earthstock is a celebration of music and the Earth, organized by West High's Science Club.
NEWCOMERS: I was a former Social Media Specialist for the Green Bay Area Newcomers Neighbors, a nonprofit newcomers service designed to connect new and current residents to events and organizations in the Green Bay area. My primary focus was on the Newcomers' Facebook page, blog, and Constant Contact weekly email newsletter.
