I will pick up and remove any blown down branches and leaves, trash, animal refuse, etc. Additionally, by agreement I will mow and rake the grass for aeration, and trim back plant foilage and tree limbs. I can haul off yard debris and refuse if needed, however any landfill rates applicable will be your responsibility, as will fuel to haul. Simbi accepted for my labor hours only. Also any heavy items needing removed will require me having assistance. For you this means you can arrange for me to have that assistance or I can. I if have to bring assistance we will have to negotiate terms of payment for that assistant.
Minor repairs to fencing or yard ornaments also available as would be painting of such items
Training & Qualifications
I am task oriented, once I start you'll find it hard to get mr stopped until times up or job is done. However
I do limit myself to 2 hours four times each month. I supply my own tools and will do an overview of the job free of charge both pre- and post-job.
Availability & Preferences
I need to work with a flexible schedule as I work around my fibromyalgia, which is an illness of flareups and remissions; which is a major reason for my joining Simba. This means if you're on a tight schedule you may want look elsewhere, but if your able to be flexible you'll have the cleanest yard you've ever had!
