Training & Qualifications
I have nine years of professional experience.
I was a shift leader for years at a beloved, busy dog daycare/ boarding facility in North Portland where I guided and nurtured playgroups of about 50 dogs.
I have also been an independent contractor for a popular pet-sitting company in Portland for which I visited over 145 homes.
Through the years, I have gained a deep understanding of dog behavior and body language. I’ve cared for dogs of all needs and breeds, and I’m confident in my dog handling skills and training abilities.
I also have great experience caring for birds, rodents, cats and fish. I love rats!
I’ve received pet first aid training.
I used to be bonded and insured as a member of Pet Sitter Associates, but I am on somewhat of a hiatus in regards to my pet-sitting business, as I am focusing on caring for my sweet baby.
