Vegan Meal Plan
For anyone who's newly vegan, transitioning to a vegan lifestyle or is already vegan but wants to clean up their diet, I can offer a 7 day meal plan which will meet you where you're at whether that's a Standard American Diet or a Junk Food Vegan and help you level up your lifestyle so you can feed your body with the right foods that are affordable and context appropriate to where you live.
I have been a plant-based vegan for 6 years and vegetarian for over 20 years now and I have travelled the world as a vegan as well so I know what type of recipes would be most appropriate and budget friendly for most parts of the world. I have had periods of trying out different types of veganism including rawtill4, high carb low fat, paleo, high protein, fully raw as well as experience doing multiple cleanses and detoxes, including the candida cleanse on a vegan diet. I can wholly attribute healing from various mental health issues including anxiety, depression and insomnia as well as a modelling career which has spanned 15 years to a healthy plant-based lifestyle and I can help you achieve your goals with a 7 day plan that's targeted for your needs.
I incorporate intermittent fasting into my lifestyle as well and I can include or exclude this, as you wish (although I recommend you include it, it has untold health benefits)
