Article/essay/review/column writer

25

25 per unit - Virtual OK - Posted Jan 17, 2017

Experienced in article and column writing. I have many articles I've written that I can make available to use as "references" as examples of my writing skills and styles.

While I have certain niches that I specialize in, such as pets/animals, reviews, expository, humor/satire, current events, politics, pop culture, medical, fictional/leisure, instructional, true crime, debating, ASMR, travel, photography, human interest, self-help/relationships (romantic, familial, friendships, etc), I can write on nearly any subject.

I will write an article, blog article, review of product/service, column, Q&A, instructional or essay/theme/report about the topic of your choice.
Length of writing is negotiable, and depending upon the subject, size and content, I can have it written, edited, and ready to send or publish within 24-48 hours, again- depending upon the aformentioned variables.
Also, the amount of "Simbi Points" asked, can vary depending upon the size/word count of the article (ex; 10 "points" for articles/reviews, etc., that are smaller in size).
I have plenty of time each day that I can devote to your writing request, as I do not work outside the home at the moment, and do not have many outside obligations.
You give me the topic, the size/word count you'd like it to be, as well as the style and context in which you would like it written- (humorous, sarcastic, entertaining, factual/reference, instructional, somber, etc.), along with the narrative you need/want...and I can give you an exact time frame for the completion of the article/writing.
Depending upon the type of writing you need (such as an article, blog article, column ,etc.), as well as the subject at hand, I can also add/include one or more photographs to your writing request, from my own photography collection, as I also do photography (most especially pet/animals, landscapes/nature/flowers, and humorous-type photographs), but require credit for any/all photos used for your writing request.

About Isabella Stack-Carson

Sarcasm, politics, pets, and boxing...my true loves in life. I am an excellent writer who drenches my writing with humor, wit, sarcasm, and a little charm. I have written quite a few articles, and... column-type writings, many of which have been featured on different websites and blogs. I also love to write instructional-type articles, and statistical-type pieces. I have a diffuse and adept vocabulary which is usually incorporated into my writings, however I am aptly capable of using a more simplistic vocabulary that's easier for the general public to comprehend if needed/appropriate. Also, pets/animals are another huge part of my life. I have done private rescue for years, as well as dog breeding. I'm well versed in dog breeds, from the common to the uncommon, and their breed-specific characteristics. I've studied dog breeds and behavior since I first learned to read as a child. I have vast experience in raising dogs and training dogs. Rats are another great love of mine, and I fancy myself to be an "expert" on rat behavior and ownership, having owned a plethora of rats over the past 20 years, and developing a diet that has created longevity in my rats, my most special rat having lived to be over 6 years old (where typically their life expectancy can range from 1.5 to almost 4.5 years, depending upon a variety of factors including sex and most of all...diet.) I am also an insect aficionado, especially arachnids, and at the moment my only insect pet is my tarantula, though I have owned an array of insects through the years. Entomology is another great passion of mine. Medicine is another passion, with both some traditional collegiate medical schooling, and training, as well as self-studied and taught medical knowledge. I worked in pathology for some time, including in the morgue, and enjoy every aspect of the medical field. Politics is another "hobby" of mine, with staunch political beliefs as a conservative republican, I'm always active in the political spectrum, always with my finger on the pulse of current political news. I am well-studied on everything political/sociopolitical, and I live to debate politics and our current social climate, and try to play fair as much as humanly possible in these divided times. I also love two sports, one being baseball, a sport I have loved since I was a child. I'm well versed in the sport, attend Major League games as often as possible, and was an umpire in one of the upstate N.Y. associations, having umpired everything from Little League, to modified, to high school baseball games "professionally" (professionally in that I was tested by the state, and was paid for all games I umpired). However, I can no longer umpire due to health reasons. But boxing is my one true love. Ever since I was about 8 years old, I adored the sport. I know the sport inside and out, and can debate with the best of them when it comes to the best boxers, match scoring/point system, training style/methods, form, matchups, the art of the sport, the history of the sport, its historical fighters, proper form, and about what makes a boxer...a great boxer. I've been enjoying professional boxing' s slow but steady comeback after nearly 2 decades of unpopularity. Try to pry me away from the tv or the screen during a fight, and you will experience some of that southpaw jinx (which is unexpected since in every other aspect I am right hand dominant). And try to stay out of my way when watching a fight with me, as there is no staying seated once the fight has started, (and I always wear my lucky pink boxing gloves). So if you ever need an intro to boxing tutorial, I'm the girl to get it from. Because though I am a "chick", I know more about boxing than punchdrunk Tyson could ever remember at this point 😎😉🏋 And, I'll be offering it as a service here, within the next couple weeks, a virtual "Boxing for dummies"- an educational tutorial on the sport, it's history, the rules, the facts, the points/"scoring" system, the mechanics...everything boxing, for those who are looking to get into the sport for leisure but know little-nothing about it. (Side note, I not only dislike MMA, UFC, I actually hate it with the fiery passion of a thousand suns, and consider it to be nothing more than glorified man-humping. They are nothing like boxing, and nothing gets my blood boiling more than when someone proclaims that MMA/UFC is in any way even close to being similar to boxing.) Yeah. So that's a little about me...in a not-so-nutshell, nutshell. show more
