About Isaac Furniss

I have been working in the technical industry for 10 years. I have extensive experience with operating systems, website technical support, and hardware repair. I am currently working as an Escalatio...n Manager engaging in a variety of projects and roles ranging from basic liaison with the different technical departments to project management over dashboard tools. I also assist with monthly KPI reporting, the process and documentation around that, and developing resolution roadmaps for lengthier product revision and stability projects. In my spare time, I've been turning into more and more of a volunteer addict. My biggest yearly project, which I've now almost spent 10 years working for, is the Utah Pride Festival. I've helped with the History Zone, the Marches & Rallies, as well as the Pride Parade (the second largest parade in the state!). For years prior I was working as technical support management for a webhosting company growing extensive troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills. I am a motivated and organized self-starter, and I am able to manage multiple projects while retaining a high level of professionalism. I've also fulfilled a number of roles a the University Service Desk helping to answer questions and train students, faculty, and staff as well as lend a hand repairing the machines they need to educate themselves and others.show more
