Slow Cooker Yogurt Recipe & Tips
I will share with you how to make homemade yogurt! You will need a slow cooker/crockpot to do this easy-to-learn method. I have researched many yogurt recipes online and made my personal best version, gathered together tips, came up with my own tips, and put them all in one place for humanity's own benefit. For this service, I will send you a recipe with thorough notes and tips to make superlatively yummy yogurt. I include tips on how to adjust the recipe to make a more Greek-style or "regular" style yogurt, and can help you troubleshoot if your yogurt did not turn out as you wished.
In my opinion:
Yogurt is tasty. Yogurt has healthy bacteria. Yogurt is a lower-fat substitute for some recipe ingredients. Yogurt is great!
"It's better than any yogurt you can buy in a store."
Training & Qualifications
I have neither a certification in yogurtification nor a Bachelors degree in Yogurtiness, I don't even have paid work experience at a yogurt company. I do have experience with making and eating my own yogurt, and with giving the yogurt to others and hearing positive reactions from them when they eat it.

Ilana is so pleasant to chat with and gave me some great advice on where to get cool stuff on Simbi for my rats. I look forward to talking with her more in the future. If you get a chance to work with her, I recommend you take it!
About Ilana Rubin
I am a life enthusiast and non profit human services manager, with passions for: dance (belly dance/Middle Eastern dance, east coast swing/lindy, blues dance, and open to more), photography (beginner ...and wanting to learn), foraging (Hey plants! I eat you!), cooking, pets (I have three CUTE rats currently), wildlife, gardening, and more. I have dabbled in other hobbies at one time or another in the past, and then put them down to pick up something else. Latent hobbies include: flute, scherenschnitte (paper cutting), sewing...and I recently fixed my own washer with the help of YouTube (before joining Simbi)! I am always looking to enhance and expand my skill set while learning, sharing, and having fun! **I am currently taking a little longer than usual to do some things, but I will 100% get them done! Please bear with me while I go through this time period. Thank you!** I have been having a fabulous time on Simbi so far, and look forward to learning and sharing even more. If there is anything you are curious about that is not listed as a specific service, please send me a message to see if we can work something out together. Yes, I am still looking for additional unique tips for frugal living! Scroll down on this page and click on my request for more information.show moreOpen to other proposals
