I am offering a 30-60 minute conversation over Skype or Facebook Messenger. If you just need someone to listen or offer encouragement, I can do that!
I have personal experience with the following topics: anxiety and/or depression, ADHD, stress, LGBT, and perfectionism. However, I will listen even if I don't know what it's like to be in your shoes.
