I love to cook! I am self-trained but have been passionate about cooking for as long as I can remember! I know cooking can be stressful for a lot of people, but I honestly enjoy the whole process. It's therapeutic to me :) I can cook a variety of styles ranging from comfort foods to healthier, vegetarian options. I prefer using fresh produce and making all of my sauces etc from scratch. Here are a few examples:
-Pasta with Meat Sauce or vegetarian spaghetti sauce
-Lasagna (vegetarian or with meat)
-Chicken Pot Pie
-Meatloaf
-Casseroles of any kind
-Bacon, Chicken Pasta with asparagus & mushroom
-Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad
-Blackened Chicken/Fish tacos w/ pineapple guacamole & black beans and rice
-Pulled pork Tacos or quesadillas
-Chicken Parmesan
-Chicken Marsala
I can deliver fresh or frozen meals and even do grocery trips if needed.
Training & Qualifications
I have experience working with food in cafe style coffee house/restaurants, but most of my real cooking happens at home. I have a very spoiled boyfriend. I cook the majority of our meals at home...it's cheaper and better than most restaurants.
