My back is pretty messed up from years of bad posture, carrying bags of books, and sitting at computers. It's not confirmed, but I'm pretty sure my spine makes a sideways M from left to right. I'm blessed that I don't have any real pain yet, but I expect that will come in the next few decades (I'm 23 now). I work on my feet all day, and I'm afraid it's making things worse. I don't know if I need someone to work on me or help me work on myself, but if you are experienced in physical therapy, massage, osteopathic manipulation, or personal training, I would love to hear from you!
