I'm looking for someone to help me improve my overall physical fitness. I'm not interested in getting bigger/smaller, or running marathons. I just want to be able to help my buddies move furniture and still stand up straight when I'm 65. Right now I'm 23 years old, 6'2" tall, and 125 pounds. I've got gnarly scoliosis, have never touched my toes, and couldn't run a straight mile if I was being chased by zombies.
I'm ready to do some work but I have no idea what I'm doing. Help me be healthy.
